This was a virtual booking so we really can't see what to expect with the home's HVAC system or vents. We went to the customer's home confidently knowing the team will be able to get a solution if the duct work would be difficult. Turns out, everything was easy access but the level of dirt was through the roof! The client was really happy on the cleaning results.
