Farm House Needed Duct Cleaning Help located in Conrad, Iowa

This client had a huge home it was a farmhouse and had a lot of AC units in it. He realized since he got an ERV from Iowa Radon Defense, he wanted to have the duct systems clean for a fresh start. It has been years since he got a duct cleaning and the smell is quite strong coming from the inside. The home had 5 different chambers which was the reason for ERV initially. The team did explain to the client that duct cleaning helps AC's to keep their cool and this is a great annual maintenance home ritual. Client did agree!

These clients were very detailed and keen individuals. There was no foul at the home but they had this feeling of discomfort in the air so they were wondering if the air purifiers don't work. They called in and asked for a free estimated and educated them that it could also be the duct system not being clean enough. They were really shocked and worried as they thought the air purifiers lessened the need of a duct cleaning service but when we saw the system, it was full of dust, dirt and hardened grime which was weird! After the service, they were really satisfied how it turned out.

The customer was a super nice dude, made the team feel at home. He was originally quoted super cheap by another company but didn't even come out to his house.
