This very nice family called for our help due to allergies rising for unknown reasons and considering having their HVAC system cleaned. Large dust debris was found and cleaned up.

Paige was concerned about the efficiency of her HVAC system. Her home never seemed to reach the desired temperature, and his energy bills were skyrocketing. She decided to try Iowa Duct Defense.  After a good conversation with her free estimate, the technicians went to her home and cleaned all clogged air ducts, Paige noticed a significant improvement in airflow throughout her house.  Her HVAC system no longer had to work as hard, and she assumes her energy bills will be the same as usual. 

These clients were very detailed and keen individuals. There was no foul at the home but they had this feeling of discomfort in the air so they were wondering if the air purifiers don't work. They called in and asked for a free estimated and educated them that it could also be the duct system not being clean enough. They were really shocked and worried as they thought the air purifiers lessened the need of a duct cleaning service but when we saw the system, it was full of dust, dirt and hardened grime which was weird! After the service, they were really satisfied how it turned out. 

This was a modular home. The client did not have many vent openings so it should be a quick job. We have used smaller hoses on the roto brush as the openings were small. We suggested adding a Breathe EZ filter for the airflow going to the guest bedroom. The customer agreed and was satisfied with the work!

This client had a commercial radon mitigation system project a few weeks before and since he was happy how the job progressed he called us for a Duct Cleaning service this time for his own home. He actually has a furnace and that's where the kids usually stay -- he wanted it squeaky clean for health reasons.
