This client has not been cleaning her vents for more than 3 years now and was really worried that dirt has been going through the food in the kitchen. It was an old house and his daughter is started to get allergies. He was really concerned with the indoor air quality. The vents were really filthy, can't lie about that. Offered a disinfectant to further the cleaning process. He was surprised to see the amount of dirt clinging in.

The homeowner has been doing some remodeling with the home and wanted to make sure that the HVAC and duct system are clean from construction debris. We saw that there was an easy access to all vents and some were pretty dirty and full of debris. The homeowner was satisfied with the result. 

This client was thinking about duct cleaning since he saw his vents were really dirty. The house was relatively small but we did the job well!

These clients were very detailed and keen individuals. There was no foul at the home but they had this feeling of discomfort in the air so they were wondering if the air purifiers don't work. They called in and asked for a free estimated and educated them that it could also be the duct system not being clean enough. They were really shocked and worried as they thought the air purifiers lessened the need of a duct cleaning service but when we saw the system, it was full of dust, dirt and hardened grime which was weird! After the service, they were really satisfied how it turned out. 

Home is under 1600 square feet and has never been cleaned since the homeowner has lived here. She lives on her own and mentioned to me her husband passing and lives with a couple cats. The owner told the team that this home was in good shape until water damage the home a handful of years ago and it started to smoke. She needed to get repair work done in our foundation which stirred up a lot of dust and she's been finding dust everywhere. That is the reason why she ultimately called us and wanted to make sure that we did the work done completely correctly as well as fogged out the house in order to clean it as well as possible because her allergies have been bothering her quite a bit lately. She is satisfied with the results!
