Iowa Duct Defense Before & After Photos

This client just recently purchased this home and it came with a musty smell ever since they moved in. It had a flexible duct work and wooden returns on parts of the house so we would need to be extra careful. Anthony used the Hypervac for this one and the before and after results are shocking!

Homeowner asked about duct cleaning with us as they just moved into the house within the last few months and told the team that air flow seem to be an issue. There is a room that is painted blue in the back of the house apparently has no air float to it. The team made an extraction point will be placed over near the hot water heater in the corner.

From observation, there is plenty of room and the utility storage area for a negative air system. Square footage of the home is around 3000 square feet but it's finished basement and the majority of downstairs. The Aspen air purifier will be brought to one of their businesses that they own. This unit will not need to be installed in their home although homeowner is always open to discussions and will ask questions if he needs additional assistance. The homeowner was after a deep clean and passive protection from dust at home.
